Barbushco Bushfoods at the Ekka 2013

Barbushco, Australian Native Bushfoods, will once again be exhibiting their products at the Brisbane Show.

You can taste the sensational flavours from our Australian Native trees at our stand number EBU055 in the Woolworths Fresh Food Pavillion.

Each day we will have available for tasting the following products :

• Lemon Myrtle Cheesecake – a taste sensation not to be missed
• Bush Dukkah, a refreshing blend of nuts, seeds and bush spices
• Native Jams – Davidson Plum, Rosella, Lilli Pilli and Wild Lime – Taste the difference
• Mango and Lemon Myrtle Dressing – A mayonaise style dressing for salads, seafood or add to sauces such as creamy pasta or satay.
• Bush Tomato Chilli Sauce – Spread this on your steak, chops or sausages, or add to sour cream for a quick and easy dip
• Davidson Plum Chilli Sauce -use as a marinade or sauce on Pork or Lamb. Baste on Pork ribs for the BBQ or Lamb chops under the grill
