Wattleseed Bread

Wattleseed BreadFor an automatic bread machine.

Ingredients

  • 290ml boiling water.
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • 2 teaspoons of ground wattleseed.
  • 1½ tablespoons of macadamia oil.
  • 500g bread flour.
  • 1½ tablespoons of sugar.
  • 1¼ teaspoons of instant dried yeast.
  • 1 teaspoon of bread improver, eg. no knead bread improver.
  • ½ cup of chopped macadamia nuts.

Directions

  • Add water to wattle seed and allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Add wattle seed mixture, salt, oil, flour yeast & improver machine.
  • Select basic setting.
  • At the beep add macadamia nuts.
  • Eat warm or toasted with honey.
